To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日路過見到這間日式食店晚市有不少客人，看來好受街坊們歡迎喔! 不妨試試吧! 是日點選菜式 💮青瓜伴蜜糖芥末汁冷盤前菜，青瓜爽脆多汁，配甜甜的蜜糖及加點芥末汁的刺激，兩者好配合，豐富了味道，更好吃喔！ 💮日式薯仔沙律賣相仿如兩大雪糕球，入口幼滑，再咬薯蓉夾雜薯粒及蛋粒，這款沙律我喜愛呀！ 💮牛盛鍋選九州豬骨湯底配烏冬鍋內已經有日本油揚，粉絲，日本菇，魚蛋，金菇，小棠菜及娃娃菜，而肥牛份量都不少，一份肥牛大約有10片，肉質鮮嫩，愛吃牛的我一定追加肥牛肉啦😜！火鍋爐值得讚，體積不算大但火力夠，這是食火鍋的靈魂，食得暢快！ 💮燒鯖魚鯖魚油脂分佈平均，燒完散發一種香氣，令人垂涎，營養價值高又少魚骨容易食，唔怪得是日本常見一道家常菜啦！這間日式食店性價比高，價錢合理，款式選擇又多，壽司，便當，石燒，火鍋，拉麵，串燒，冷盤，小食，甜品，飲品…… 整體感覺非常好，食材新鮮，上菜有效率，服務員招呼好。我會再次光顧，點其它款式。
