To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平平凡凡的一間酒樓，街坊格局，親切感十足，不過裝修還算簇新、光亮。四月份營業到現在為止食評仍沒有多少篇，難道是乏善足陳？就簡單做個報告給大家參考吧？！當天吃的點心有：炸雲吞，賣相不錯，像一朵朵金黃色的玫瑰花，味道也不差，不會太油膩，雖然裡面那粒蝦不是很大。不怕上火的可以一試。鼓椒蒸排骨， 肥肉稍為多，肉的質素不是很好，下面墊了一層厚厚的芋頭，味道普通。另外，有部份點心早午十二時開始有特價，要注意落單時間。
