To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為長沙灣嘅街坊，有時都懶得坐地鐵，都會喜歡喺附近探索下唔同嘅舖頭醫肚🤭 今次嚟到球場隔離嘅幸福商場，一入去就見到呢間茶餐廳嘅招牌，咁就決定簡簡單單食餐飯喇。叫咗個九層塔沙薑雞煲餐，包埋泥湯同埋飲品，雞煲熱辣辣上枱，以茶餐廳嘅質素嚟講都唔錯。 個湯應該冇落味精嘅，飲完唔會特別口渴。雞件都醃得幾入味，雞肉算嫩滑，連埋三色椒同洋蔥，送飯都幾唔錯。餐廳都幾大呀，唔使等位，可以快食快走，啱曬香港人快捷一族～
