To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間麵檔係讀書既時候成日同朋友黎食，就算畢業了都會約埋朋友仔黎食，滿滿回憶感🥰🥰店鋪唔係大，經過既時候可能會忽略左，但係入面有好多街坊黎食，食客同老板傾下計，充滿人情味！！♡特製豬扒河粉♡特製豬扒米粉粉上面係放左雪菜🥰🥰米粉係粗身少少，會彈牙；河粉係幼身，好幼滑！！主角：豬扒 🐷 係薄身，已經切好一條條，方便食。豬扒炸得好香脆，一D都唔油膩，肉質仲好鬆軟。一定要灑上胡椒粉食，更加惹味🥰🥰♡蠔油生菜本身想食腐乳通菜，但老板話冇通菜，所以就叫左蠔油生菜🥬菜上面放左好多蠔油，所以食落比較咸😅🤣
