今天轉轉口味,也一段日子沒有吃點心了,於是便到屯門新墟的「籠太子」吃個午飯,嘆嘆“一盅兩件”。這間「籠太子」分店,裝修簇新,光麗整潔,座位舒適。我開了“玄米茶” ,清香而有茶味,點了兩個飯和一些點心。“上湯鮮竹卷”,鮮竹卷浸泡在美味的上湯中,腐皮及收了上湯的精華,非常入味。裏面的餡料亦爽脆可口。“不是炸兩”,應該是不止是炸兩,是炸兩加鮮蝦腸粉,在油炸鬼裏面還釀有鮮蝦,口感特別,用滑、脆、甜來形容最貼切。腸粉滑,油炸鬼脆,蝦肉鮮甜,一口咬下,三個層次。“石斑荷葉籠仔飯”,份量豐富,石斑魚肉挺多的,肉質嫩滑,味道鮮甜。飯底鋪上荷葉,荷葉香味滲透飯粒,清香頤人。“鳳爪排骨飯”,排骨有蒜香味,香味融入飯中,鳳爪大隻而入味。“煎蝦膠釀茄子”,茄子煎得香,鮮味爽口的蝦膠和腍軟的茄子,真是天作之合。這裏的點心,即叫即蒸,新鮮熱焫上枱,而且早午晚都有供應,真是飲茶食點心的好去處。
