To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有總共六舊嘅雞髀同雞胸,因為係鐵板上,所以好惹味🤤香料味十足!雞件都夠大嚿,作為前菜都好飽肚🤣

同樣為鐵板上,樣貌好似䱽魚,啲皮煎得好香,夠味之餘又唔會好鹹,連雜菜嘅味道都好正😋
-炸雜菜
個人覺得似印度版嘅天婦羅🤣雜菜以薯仔為主,所以就有啲似薯條又夾雜埋啲菜咁,亦都較熱氣。有兩款醬汁可以點,分別為青瓜醬及辣汁,兩款都好印度口味。
-瑪莎拉脆餅

-鷹嘴豆咖喱
我覺得最辣就係呢款咖喱,我都幾喜歡鷹嘴豆,因為平時食中日西餐都好少接觸到鷹嘴豆,而我覺得鷹嘴豆最適合就係配印度飯🙌🏻
-炒雜菜
都係似中式嘅炒雜菜,但佢都真係幾雜,椰菜、菜心、紅蘿蔔、青椒、芥蘭乜都有🤣🤣
-蒜蓉薄餅
-洋蔥薄餅
老實講,兩款Naan嘅味道其實都差唔多😆而且好厚身好飽肚,六個人食最後都係打包咗兩塊返屋企🤓
-印度飯
印度米都係較長身,而且用咗少少香料炒,炒至乾身,食落都好印度味😆配合咖喱食真係好正💕
4️⃣Drinks 飲品
可以揀泰象啤或橙汁/芒果汁,亦可以加$20飲芒果/香蕉乳酪 (Mango/Banana Lassi)。芒果汁都正常發揮,偏甜,亦都試咗香蕉乳酪,都係平時印度餐廳嘅發揮。乳酪味同香蕉味都好平衡,啱啱攞上枱飲嘅時候仲有啲沙冰感覺,正🙌🏻👍🏻
5️⃣Desserts是日甜品
係米布丁啊!而佢嘅布丁好搞笑,係流質嚟嘅,一大碗俾我哋自己分。米布丁裏面有米同豆蔻,所以都係香料味重,但值得一試,因為喺出面應該唔容易食到。

📍總結:
-餐廳有兩層,超過5人就會上樓上坐。樓上唔太通風,但亦都冇異味,都算坐得舒服。
-6人餐貼咗喺2樓唔當眼地方,如果想食就要特登問佢攞Menu。
-餐廳開咗好多年,相信佢有穩定客源同質素先可以屹立得咁耐,所以都推薦一試🙌🏻🙌🏻
