To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早前午市係度食,見到有兩個客仔投訴,原來係食左幾啖已經發現啲雞未熟,仲要係凍冰冰既。咁果兩個客仔其實態度都冇乜野,只係想睇下點解決,點知個阿姐愛理不理,仲串串貢,終於迫到其中一個客仔揚言話要打電話去總公司投訴啦。去到呢個時候,啲職員先開始識驚,拿拿淋諗住拎返啲雞入個焗爐(定蒸焗)度,諗住整返熟佢,但呢下又搞到個2位客仔好驚訝。事關啲雞係食過架,係掂過口水架,你就咁拎返入去,咪啫係個爐入面 d 口水/細菌/DNA 不斷內循環?!後尾個阿姐有冇比返啲新食物果兩個客,定係賠錢,我已經唔清楚。但最好笑既係,其中有個老職員,喺成件事開頭既時候,係一粒聲都冇出過,直至到果位阿姐一錯再錯,迫到個客打去總部既時候,佢竟然就挺身而出,講左以下咁發人深省既說話~~~「做人呢~就唔好太過份~!」我即刻當頭棒喝!1. 唔知係邊個收人錢財,喺度返工負責食物,但係做野求求其其,得過且過,令到啲食物連最基本既 熟、熱都做唔到既呢?2. 當食客發現問題,好聲好氣,純粹想睇下點解決件事既時候,又係邊個串串貢,當人西客,然後耍手擰頭,想大事化小,小事化無,不了了之既呢?3. 當食客對接二連三既問題感到忍無可忍,揚言要打去

1. 唔知係邊個收人錢財,喺度返工負責食物,但係做野求求其其,得過且過,令到啲食物連最基本既 熟、熱都做唔到既呢?


2. 當食客發現問題,好聲好氣,純粹想睇下點解決件事既時候,又係邊個串串貢,當人西客,然後耍手擰頭,想大事化小,小事化無,不了了之既呢?


3. 當食客對接二連三既問題感到忍無可忍,揚言要打去總部投訴果時,又係邊個求求其其,戇戇居居,毫無衛生意識咁亂咁補鑊既呢?


4. 好喇,最後,食客卒之真係打去總部,你卒之知道事態嚴重,就竟然就識得話人「做人唔洗咁過份掛?」


過分既,其實係咪你地呢班職員呢?
