先至聲明本人去過無數高級廚師推介包括四季酒店鮨齋藤,諗住中環呢間水平唔會太差,首先入到去坐低之後,侍應會問要有汽嘅水定係冇汽嘅水,咁我都知道要收錢嘅,咁就點咗杯冇汽嘅水,但係嚟到係一杯水,冇連埋一個樽,埋單呢杯水要$35,真係比咩水你都唔知!可能只係水喉水!呢個都唔係最大問題,最大問題係師傅仔衛生意識好差,大家都知道疫情嚴重,尤其係食壽司更加要注重手部衛生,我同我朋友都見到我哋嗰個師傅仔製作緊前菜同刺身經常摸個口罩,出入廚房又摸廚房門嗰塊布,之後都係完全冇洗手,未見過衛生意識咁差嘅師傅。食物方面不過不失,冇太大驚喜,但奇怪嘅係我食一個貴嘅廚師推介但係甜品竟然係雪糕,隔離食一個平嘅廚師推介甜品係蜜瓜。🤔
