To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 衛生環境好差，地下黐立立

一家人星期日（24/11）晚飯因為三樓無位就食稻香，明知口碑麻麻，但食中式酒樓就腳青衣城冇乜得揀。坐低如常碗碟少少油，個地下黐黐立立到一個點，不能接受，坐得好唔自在。啲阿姐態度如常(大家明的)。最驚嚇係叫咗個羊腩煲，開咗爐之後慢慢有小曱甴bb因為熱，喺個爐走出嚟。同阿姐講換咗個爐之後仲驚，煲咗一陣，有隻比較大嘅成年曱甴走咗出嚟。最後，卒之冇用到個爐食煲羊腩煲。總結，OpenRice啲comment都好準確。不過，要讚嘅係個燒雞好好食，同埋收錢個阿姐好好禮貌。
