To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗觀塘嘅龍點心,呢度出名係新派嘅點心,同屋企人去試吓,等佢哋試下有啲唔同嘅點心,唔好淨係喺大酒樓叫蝦餃燒賣。每一樣點心都好精美,唔單只係味道好,而且仲色彩繽紛咁樣,屋企人睇到都即刻影相打卡,最好就係佢嘅點心好多時都會有拼盤,咁樣就可以每樣都是一粒,就算中伏都唔使成籠食晒,當然,整體嚟講係每樣點心到好出色。值得一題係佢嘅鰻魚荷葉飯,阿媽話,從來都未見過鰻魚可以加入中式點心入面,俾佢一個好大嘅驚喜,而且佢鍾意食入面每一粒都入晒味嘅飯!成家人有一個愉快嘅用餐體驗!
