我表哥喺美國做工程師,最近返嚟香港休息幾個禮拜,然後佢話好掛住點心。之前聽女朋友講,她同屋企人有去過一間叫盈圖嘅中菜館,味道非常好,可以帶表哥去試下。查咗一下,佢哋喺大角咀海富商場度,鋪面非常大,好快就搵得到。我都畀表哥做主,想食乜就叫,我請客。叫咗經典嘅「燒賣」,但係好有佢哋嘅特色,因為係鮑魚燒賣。上面嘅鮑魚好大隻,一啖咬落去口感好豐富,味道好鮮美。仲叫咗「潮州粉果」,都係非常經典,香味好足,餡料好飽滿,表哥超鍾意呢味,佢話真係好香,停唔到口。仲有好經典嘅「蝦餃皇」,呢度嘅蝦餃好大粒,表哥一啖咬唔晒成粒,蝦肉爽口彈牙,鮮美無比。我仲叫咗「欖角醬燒骨」畀表哥試下,我哋兩個都鍾意上呢味餸,用欖角醬喺排骨上面燒,風味十足,好好食。佢食完之後對呢度念念不忘,第二日又自己過嚟呢度食。
查咗一下,佢哋喺大角咀海富商場度,鋪面非常大,好快就搵得到。
