今日係姑媽姑丈娶媳婦即表弟娶老婆嘅大日子!他們選擇咗喺太子始創中心嘅「譽宴」擺囍酒!今晚嘅菜色有:鴻運乳豬全體燒得好皮脆肉嫩,無乜多餘嘅脂肪,唔會有好油膩嘅感覺!由於負責我們呢檯嘅「侍應阿姨」畀經理鬧手腳太慢,所以上翡翠花姿玉帶特別快,快到本人未趕得切影相,已經差唔多分晒,花姿都幾爽滑,玉帶都幾彈牙!碧綠玉環瑤柱甫嘅瑤柱好鮮味彈牙,節瓜吸收晒瑤柱嘅鮮味!黃金百花蟹鉗嘅外層炸得好金黃香脆,肉質相當結實彈牙,而且都幾多汁!紅燒菜膽鮑翅嘅鮑翅都幾大片厚身,質感爽滑,而且膠質都幾豐富!生扣花菇南非鮮鮑魚嘅鮑魚非常鮮味彈牙,唔會好韌,花菇相當嫩滑厚身!清蒸大海星斑蒸嘅時間火候控制得啱啱好,肉質超鮮甜嫩滑!金沙脆皮燒鷄燒得好香口脆身,肉質好軟滑,唔會有「嚡」嘅感覺!瑤柱蛋白炒飯炒得都幾乾身同粒粒分明!鮑魚汁燜伊麵嘅伊麵都幾爽滑,鮑魚汁嘅味道都幾惹味!甜甜蜜蜜係用兩款唔同味道嘅心型糕點,粉紅色係士多啤梨味,而另外一粒就係桂花味,味道好清香!圓圓滿滿係用杞子百合同小丸子造成,味道相當清甜,小丸子好煙煙韌韌!
