To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說今日老細話想食添好運WOR~開係商場既添好運確係唔同D,門面寬落、內庭光猛、坐位寬敞點餐呢D 咁重要既決定,梗係由話事人拍板啦,做細既負責食就得架啦~總括黎講,招牌菠蘿叉包必食! 酥皮又脆又甜,內餡蜜汁豐盈、夾雜頗多的叉燒碎,包皮軟熟,三啖一個,唔會太多變heavy,0岩0岩好~其他如蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉、蒸飯等都係中上質素,整體表現平穩~ 另外不得不提的是古法馬拉糕,好多茶樓求其整D 蒸蛋糕出黎當馬拉糕,欺騙食客感情、教壞後生呢間出既真係馬拉糕,唔係死甜,有「馬拉味」,真係大人細路都鍾意,如果可以獨霸一個就好啦!!

總括黎講,招牌菠蘿叉包必食! 酥皮又脆又甜,內餡蜜汁豐盈、夾雜頗多的叉燒碎,包皮軟熟,三啖一個,唔會太多變heavy,0岩0岩好~

其他如蝦餃、燒賣、腸粉、蒸飯等都係中上質素,整體表現平穩~

,好多茶樓求其整D 蒸蛋糕出黎當馬拉糕,欺騙食客感情、教壞後生

呢間出既真係馬拉糕,唔係死甜,有「馬拉味」,真係大人細路都鍾意,如果可以獨霸一個就好啦!!
