I made a purchase of dinner buffet for two adults through the hotel online. The first thing I would like to complain is the disrespectful attitude of one female staff. Upon arrival, I was told by a male staff to get a ticket for table arrangement at the reception. When I approached to the reception, I showed the QR code to a female staff and she noticed that I was bringing my 23-month old son. One of the female staff said my child is way too small to fit in a baby chair but I told her my son ne
To my disappointment, I was allocated a table which is at the corner and remote from the food serving area. Moreover, the passage is too narrow to access. Am I supposed to be forced to leave my child unattended while I am going out to get food or bear the risk of a slip and fall injury if I take my child with me?
To make things worse, the three female staff standing near the table were hesitated and refused to assist taking the baby chair to another table offered by a male manager. I needed to make further explanation to convince them that I got a permission to change seats offered by a senior male staff. I had to wait for the chair in chaos as people were busy for getting the food.
The food served is nothing special, I have no idea where I can place the lid when I am trying to get food. Everything is packed together, poor management and no organization at all.
No next time! What a terrible dining experience!
