To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落單三個菜,時間七點鐘,等咗半小時,好聲好氣問咗幾次都係話"好快到”,結果係遲嚟嘅都食完走了⋯⋯成個鐘先上兩個菜。埋單仲衰,問句”浪費客人成個鐘時間都上唔齊三個小菜,係咪應該打折?”,個經理嘅回答係至多免碟花生錢,唔畀錢就報警!然後又開始等埋單,見到後面嘅客人都埋咗單走人了,於是問帳房點解仲未出單,帳房指住話係經理度,問個經理點解hold住張單,堂堂經理竟然可以推返去帳房身上!第一次幫襯晚市就享受咁特別嘅服務,唔廣而告之實在對唔住這種服務質素。
