To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放假日又就黎聖誕節,去開荃灣就同媽媽去搵間小店食😚問左媽媽原來佢未食過越南菜,於是搵左陣資料就決定帶媽媽食呢間位於荃灣既小越廚。.雖然地點唔算方便,地鐵站再行12、13分鐘,但食完今餐就知冇白行一趟!入到鋪頭見到鋪面唔算大 ,應該坐大約20人,但見到老闆都俾好多心機,會有好多越南特色既擺設裝潢🇻🇳.等左一陣店員招呼我地埋位,比左menu我地,仲推介我地食2人餐($188)。2人餐有兩份主食(飯/麵)、小食拼盤(可揀3樣小食)、仲有兩杯野飲,價錢的確好抵。🤩.主食我叫左招牌火車頭湯檬粉,入面有生牛肉、牛筋同牛筋丸。食湯麵我都慣左先飲啖湯,因為湯先係湯麵既靈魂。湯底係牛骨湯,味道好濃郁但唔會覺得好濁,而且有肉既甜味,飲左幾啖已經感受到老闆既心機。🥰配料都好有誠意,份量夠多;生牛肉有四五大塊,肥瘦適中;牛筋丸夠爽彈,牛味都好足夠;不得不讚係牛筋,夠大同厚但一咬就斷,就知道煮得夠腍,做到入口即溶!👍🏻.因為媽媽唔食牛肉,所以叫左蕃茄蟹膏湯檬粉。入而有扎肉、豆卜、蟹膏,同樣份量好多。不得不說佢個湯世界級好飲,夠杰身就知落足料煲;蟹膏極有蟹既鮮甜味,配埋蕃茄酸酸甜甜,連食量細既媽媽都飲哂成碗湯

本身係叫扎肉,店員都好細心同我地講檬粉已經有扎肉,可以試下其他小食,呢點要加分。😆

魚餅正常,配埋泰式辣醬夠惹味;雞翼香茅味夠重,雞皮煎到好脆身;蝦餅又係世一,食得出用鮮蝦打成蝦膠再煎,又係誠意之作~🤤

另外我地再加一份小食:炭燒豬肉串($36 4串),燒得好香,好似食緊台灣豬肉腸,外皮脆豬肉juicy。😋

總括黎講,我同媽媽都好享受今個晚餐,老闆煮每樣野都好有誠意,而且價錢親民💵
我媽媽仲叫我下次一定要帶埋另一半黎食🤣
