To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

男朋友帶我上最高的天空做spa同游水。係游水前我地去左食個早午餐lemongrass tea望住個海煩惱一掃而空先要食個bread basket當然有佢地酒店嘅牛油，好正！熱騰騰麵包加上酒店做嘅牛油再黎芒果柚子鵝肝配多士，雖然食左麵包但都唔會飽，好快就掃清光。仲點左我最愛嘅蟹餅配芒果沙沙醬，濃濃嘅蝦肉咸味加芒果醬酸酸甜甜，真係好開胃。一客龍蝦湯，每飲一啖都有彈牙嘅龍蝦肉，真係齒頰留香。生牛肉他他，佢係我地面前問我地要邊種醬汁，加完就撈好俾我地試味，好正呀！羊架我就覺得唔錯，佢地煮得幾好，但羊質就差小小佢地送左d macaroon俾我地食，仲有d walnut同朱古力，見到依個景再不停食，真係好滿足未完ga，酒店推薦chocolate cake配左紅桑子醬，一百分呀！好濃嘅朱古力味呀！原本係男朋友揀，我忍唔住要調換食。仲有我揀嘅檸檬tart，酸酸甜甜咁，皮好薄唔會咬唔到。正！最後有個送嘅小食，類似拿破侖咁，不過又唔會太甜，吉士做得好幼。其實我地倆個真係將全部野食曬落肚，好滿足！
