To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行過無啦啦想食一個日式任食邊爐,就去到牛牛日式邊爐放題,叫咗個最平嘅基本餐,即係冇海鮮嗰隻。配花椒湯底,湯底要讚,好香,濃度適中。不過始終可能牛肉都係最平嗰個餐,所以冇咩大驚喜基本嘢,不過又唔係好差,只係相對於其他高級餐嚟講,教育冇咁靚,不過當然正常嘅。不過我想講嘅係,竟然成個餐最有驚喜嘅就係出邊飲食嘅鰻魚,鰻魚嘅質素比得住出邊鰻魚專門店。同我朋友食到停唔到口。最抵死嘅就係佢有refill得好快,我哋每一次都係夾中間嗰幾舊,最肥美最滑左幾舊,過十分鐘佢又拎咗一疊新嘅出嚟。琴日食到三份一嘅時候,直程連個火鍋爐就熄咗佢淨係食個鰻魚同埋白飯,連相都唔記得咗影,完全係黐線系列😂
