To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 大約在兩三個月前walk-in到銅鑼灣潮江春吃晚餐,然後驚見裝修中,心諗可能捱不過關門了。後來聽朋友說,裝修是真的,並且已經重開。今天心血來潮想食潮洲野,又想坐好d,就來潮江春吧😆時代進步,現在餐飲業已不復以往。以往即使你餐廳地方爛蓉蓉,但如果食品好吃,依然可以門庭若市。但到了今天如果你地方爛蓉蓉,即使食品好吃也一樣冇人問津。裝修後的潮江春,將傳統和現代的元素結合,用餐環境比以前更佳。飯局還未開始,已帶給人良好印象。與其他美心酒樓不同,其他美心酒樓的茶是另購的,但質素很好👍這裏的茶不需要額外收費,一壺茶一壺水奉上。可是不知道是否器皿的問題,那壺熱水總是不夠熱,大大影響了茶的味道。餐牌種類,比以前多了很多菜式,可是我還是喜歡最基本的家常菜。是晚點了幾道菜:手打魚丸雜菜煲滷水拼盤(大腸 墨魚 紅腸 生腸)滷水雙拼 翼拼鵝片方魚肉碎粥一碗蠔仔粥一碗最後芒果布甸和綠豆清心丸作結。潮州粥 $55蚊一碗,分量十足,蠔仔新鮮,你味道不過不失😆兩份滷水,份量足夠,唯略嫌食物溫度不足,滷水味道不夠入味。其中鵝片略瘦,肉質有點柴。是晚最出色的是手打魚丸,我們確實能吃到手打丸的Q彈口感和魚的鮮味。雜菜煲熱到

但到了今天如果你地方爛蓉蓉,即使食品好吃也一樣冇人問津。

裝修後的潮江春,將傳統和現代的元素結合,用餐環境比以前更佳。

兩份滷水,份量足夠,唯略嫌食物溫度不足,滷水味道不夠入味。其中鵝片略瘦,肉質有點柴。

是晚最出色的是手打魚丸,我們確實能吃到手打丸的Q彈口感和魚的鮮味。
雜菜煲熱到足夠,高湯味道鮮甜令裡面簡單的雜菜也成了人間美味😋

最後是我最喜歡的甜品環節,

芒果布甸上枱時,略嫌份量過小,但味道非常好吃👍👍👍👍

綠豆清心丸,綠豆蓉羹清爽,清心丸口感Q彈,十分可愛🥰

潮江春的甜品比外邊專精做甜品的店舖做得咁出色,這一點非常值得一讚。


評價:

是晚雖然有AE白金卡二人晚市的六折優惠。
但值得一提,以該餐廳的環境兼食品考量,即使沒有額外優惠折扣,這餐廳也是值得一訪。
