To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 放工後,喺灣仔返工嘅男朋友帶咗我嚟「1963 木十豆寸」 行兩層樓梯,嚟到後樓梯。裝修得好復古,好靚!好想成個餐廳行一轉! 職員帶到我哋去到最入坐低,俾低MENU。每隻碟的花紋都好靚,筷子上面都有幾款字,「多吃青菜」等MENU嘅Dinner Set 遍貴,$2XX蚊per one,有湯、前菜、配菜、主菜、同野飲,但全部都Fix死咗,所以我地散叫咗幾個菜1. 滷肉飯比想像中細碗,一個人食啱啱好,滷肉唔太肥2. 台式滷味拼盤 入面有豬耳、牛腱、蛋、蘿蔔、豆干、海帶,味道唔會好咸,但都係份量較少,冇乜特別3. 台式三杯雞 4. 台灣絲瓜蛤蜊 對呢碟有啲失望,好似屋企餸咁,冇賣相之餘,味道普通 5. 新竹米粉 食到一半嘅時候,侍應生同我哋講冇晒牛肉麵(好失望),所以我哋改咗做新竹米粉。但都係冇乜味,又比較油男朋友之前嚟食Lunch係OK唔錯的,但晚餐就好失望了。Set Dinner較貴,而且冇得揀喇,份量好少,味道又比較普通。
