To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

補祝父親節，餐廳環境幾好，坐得舒服，啲菜嘅賣相唔錯，上菜速度亦好快。叫咗以下菜式：豬肚雞煲白切雞龍躉仔上湯澳洲龍蝦（伊麵底）西蘭花帶子珊瑚蚌柚子蜜蝦球櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲咕嚕黑豚肉豬肚雞煲好足料，湯亦都好濃郁好味，但係啲雞肉唔知點解好煙靭難咬，好似橡筋咁拉到好長都抆唔斷，個感覺好奇怪。白切雞嘅情況同豬肚雞煲一樣，雞肉質地好奇怪，咬極都咬唔斷啲雞肉。柚子蜜蝦球值得推薦，柚子汁調得好好味，蝦球亦炸得卜卜脆，撈埋一齊食一流。上湯澳洲龍蝦（伊麵底），龍蝦好大隻，多肉而且肉質實淨，好有咬口。咕嚕黑豚肉甜甜酸酸好味道，不過啲肉炸得過左火，有少少太乾。櫻花蝦椰菜粉絲煲好惹味，粉絲乾身撈埋櫻花蝦一齊食，非常好味！

豬肚雞煲好足料，湯亦都好濃郁好味，但係啲雞肉唔知點解好煙靭難咬，好似橡筋咁拉到好長都抆唔斷，個感覺好奇怪。

白切雞嘅情況同豬肚雞煲一樣，雞肉質地好奇怪，咬極都咬唔斷啲雞肉。

柚子蜜蝦球值得推薦，柚子汁調得好好味，蝦球亦炸得卜卜脆，撈埋一齊食一流。
