To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山是出名的美食沙漠，但這家元氣壽司是長期人氣食店，經常大排長龍，假期更要等兩個多小時才可入座，剛在10號重開，今天假期要來湊湊熱鬧。上午11:30開門，11:45 已經要排20張枱了，等了40分鐘終於到我們，場內已轉成高速線，取消了order枱，坐位充足，光線充足，環境清潔。壽司一如以往新鮮，味道好，上菜速度快，壽司都是室溫或微暖，一讚，可能客人較多，進食期間有一段小時間無熱水供應，生意太好了，會再來
