其實我都幾鍾意食印度野,勝在香料味重。最近就去左位於半山既【CHASKA】,裝修得好時髦既正宗印度菜。Crispy Aloo Samosa:炸咖喱角、配薄荷醬、梅子醬。咖喱角有薯仔、青豆等蔬菜、調味比較辣,外皮炸到好香脆。Dilliwala Butter Chicken:見個個都食、應該係必叫。醬汁非常creamy,淡淡番茄味加上其他spice好香濃。鷄肉都好多、而且好軟霖。配Naan食絕配。Butter Naan:外面乾身、裏面都fluffy,搭配咖喱/butter chicken一流。Tandoori Prawn Skewer:以單隻計算既窯燒大蝦,香料味道微辣但好香口。大蝦肉質彈牙、而且好鮮甜。Mango Lassi:印度芒果乳酪奶昔,非常濃厚,酸酸甜甜,搭配辣野食好match。
