To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

裝修重開，有待改進

餐廳裝修後比以前金碧輝煌，觀感好左，餐廳面積少左一個舖位但座位多左，卡位兩人對坐會頂腳。昔日水吧位置無左，宜家藏廚房裡面。伙計多左，不過坐低15分鐘，都見佢地忙著落單而唔見附近有嘢飲嘢食送到。之後陸續有客人催單，但係廚房出餐係遲來先到，結果先黎既客人開始鼓譟，漏單催單再漏單，如是者三催四請等左超過35分鐘先到齊嘢飲嘢食。咖啡味道OK無酸味，奶茶口感退步左飲一半就棄權，煎蛋煎到過火，丹麥多士上上錯變左蒜蓉多士。雙拼三文治餐$34性價比低，下次都係食麥皮餐抵D。昔日鮮奶餐無左。整體整體感覺係餐廳員工各有各忙，無一個總指揮響繁忙時間理順餐廳傳菜問題，同調解鼓譟客人。整體感覺係雖然唔少員工都係舊人，但運作好亂，唔識變通。其他運作問題，希望佢地會積極檢討，唔好再得失舊客仔....
