Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實麵包店有好多，除了舊式也有不少新式的都很吸引 位於灣仔的 Big Grains 品穀 是一間製作健康、美味麵包的店。款式看起來很多，而且有些麵包還頗特別，好像也很少店面那麼大！✦ 粟米太鼓 ($19) -帶回家後發現被我壓扁了 🥲 不過不影響味道喇口感很鬆軟，內餡的忌廉粟米帶有微微的胡椒味。✦ 品穀菠蘿 ($16) - 味道不像傳統的菠蘿包，只有貌相有點像。菠蘿皮很香脆，頗香但吃落不甜的包。✦ 芋泥小盒 ($23) - 這個生吐司超級鬆軟 🍞 內餡的芋泥也很香甜。三款中我最喜歡這個！

帶回家後發現被我壓扁了 🥲 不過不影響味道喇
