To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 西九文化區一日遊🎄同巨形雲朵say hi

今日特登去西九文化區同巨形花光雲朵打卡，自從重建後都沒來過這區，順道來試一下這邊的海旁餐廳，今天由於有發光雲朵的活動，整個西九龍到處都係人群，所有海旁餐廳全部爆滿，加上餐廳選擇不多，每間都要等位至少半個鐘...最後我地揀左喱間意大利餐廳試，排左15分鐘左右，餐廳空間唔大，被安排坐Bar枱位仲要搭枱，我地見到佢有兩張4人枱話轉過去佢都唔肯話係比員工休息....但結果得一個員工休息坐兩張4人枱😩😖海旁喱度有好多餐廳都會3-6pm落場，如果大家去食野千奇唔好揀喱段時間去，但當日實在太爆場，店家4點先開始截人Tagliatelle Carbonara $138喱個卡邦尼好好食，佢個意粉好特別，好似係用蛋加麵粉搓成，好有嚼勁，好香蛋味，個汁做得好杰身，配埋個咸煙肉好美味，唔係意粉屋果種貨色的，食得出係好正中既意大利菜！由於當日西九有活動展覽，成間餐廳都好full。。。加上當日天氣炎熱，店家個open area太大，所以都唔係好感受到有冷氣....舒適度喱一part扣左d分Prosciutto Ti Parma Pizza $158Pizza個餅底焗得好脆口，加入左奶香濃郁的水牛芝士併風乾煙肉，美

Pizza個餅底焗得好脆口，加入左奶香濃郁的水牛芝士併風乾煙肉，美味無比，好開胃好正！配埋個火箭菜同蕃茄醬，是傳統的意大利比薩的味道！推介！

最後，如果大家想找一間正宗既意大利餐廳我幾推薦大家來試，不過就唔好揀d星期六日或者假期來....真係太逼爆好影響心情😅

仲有！！！我地食食下野居然見到有隻米奇老鼠走來走去🥶🥶🥶好恐怖嚇死人，不過店員好似唔明我地講咩（外藉店員），因為我地同個店員講果陣隻老鼠已經走左....😅
