To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

情人節果日,男朋友訂左位,可由6pm食到10pm,坐左10mins,waiter 送上2客煎鵝肝,好味^^ d三文魚生同tina魚生好食唔掂> <,生蠔ok幾衛生,西菜就幾好味,糖水只得綠豆沙,湯同魚翅都普通貨色mama地,甜品choice幾多,d蛋糕好香濃好正! 果度有即煎"班cake",幾有特色~ 不過間野人手唔夠,d碟食完成20mins都無人黎收... 果日7.30一檯有一枝玫瑰花派!環境都幾舒服***該晚buffet一位要成$600- (包機鐵來回)
