To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日同朋友來到中環，佢喺外國返來，傾開素食話題就諗不如就地試下，打開openrice，開盲盒咁搵到呢一間--tree house，來到門口，見個樓底高，佈置亦唔差，好多木質結構，而啲燈嘅顏色亦係綠色居多，都啱晒tree的颜色嘅。客人唔少，就咁睇外籍人仕居多，幾乎人人面前都有個bowl，咁我哋有學樣，亦嗌咗2個，一個係sale bowl，勁多料，有西蘭花、椰菜花、沙律菜和三色藜麥等，蔬菜新鮮爽脆，仲有大大塊好juice 的炸茄子，非常之吸引。另一個bowl 係.....有炸雞？炸排骨？唔會囉，但勁似，咁呢樣材料係咩呢？係炸椰菜花至啱，外皮香脆可口，裡邊夠淋易入口，有少少驚喜，再點啲芝麻醬吃，好特別，未食過可以一試。即叫即做的Margherita 瑪格麗特酸種薄餅，薄薄又脆脆，羅勒葉喺面增添美感；核桃布朗尼不太甜啱我口味👍
