第1次試燒肉fusion菜 ,想像不到將韓燒推到更高的飲食體驗,抽取兩者優勢,製出與別不同的韓式燒烤,當中融合西式處理牛肉方法、使用外國新鮮蔬果、韓國漬醃製法與烹煮方法,令每一送食物既味道、賣相都份外精緻餐廳燈光昏迷,只有足夠射燈照著餐枱,還放有高身酒杯,是西餐廳的氛圍餐廳會先送上一枝梳打水及檸檬作見面禮,飲光梳打水後便開始添室溫水供有3款燒肉套餐,食牛獸的男朋友當然選擇了廚師發辦牛扒套餐,由於每個套餐需2人起計,所以如果想試2款套餐,便需要四人同行是翠綠爽脆沙律菜配沙律醋,沙律醋較酸十分開胃醬油滲入蝦與帶子中,而且不鹹又夠凍絕不是室溫,另一碟芽菜與細粒海鮮如蝦及蜆撈勻,口感足夠略嫌韓式醬味道沒有太大驚喜韓國生牛肉通常撈麻油、雪梨、蛋黃。融合西方他他概念後,有蒜、青瓜、洋蔥、蔥、泡菜,令味道更豐富惹味,口感更有層次。外國牛肉較韓牛或日本牛來得有肉香有咀嚼度,加上熟成後,令牛肉味變得更敦厚,更迴腸蕩氣,而且有一定厚度,燒後鎖到肉汁,切開肉汁流出,由於食牛扒般體驗。解凍非常恰當,沒有冰層亦沒有血水,食晒所有肉好飽,拉盤中還附有菇及菠蘿。唔食菠蘿的我覺得破例品嘗值得!燒後又甜又多汁!每件東西
