To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 住在港島區的我來太古城中心,相當方便又快捷。近日天氣變幻莫測,不過來到太古城中心也不怕,全因港鐵連接商場完全安全到達。Glasshouse一直我都好喜歡,之前去過IFC有無敵海景,反則太古城的分店換有綠野仙境的模樣。全綠色環境,座位寬敞又舒適。另外,我最鍾意是很多甜品的選擇,愛甜的人士一定喜歡。餐牌上的種類繁多,由小食、前菜、主菜、甜品、各類酒精或非酒精飲品應有盡有。餐牌上的插圖精美非常吸引,令人花多眼亂。雞翼配青檸檬香茅秘製森巴醬小食點下我最愛的雞翼,一客五隻雞翼炸至香脆無比而且滿滿香茅味道,非常惹味。旁邊有秘製森巴醬,與香茅雞翼相當匹配。酥炸軟殼蟹凱撒沙律伴流心蛋西餐又點少得凱撒沙律添加軟殻蟹富有層次感,而且份量十足。有別於其他餐廳,這個沙律添有一隻酥炸流心蛋。漲卜卜的蛋炸至香脆,輕輕切開內𥚃滿帶流心蛋黃,非常滋味。美國頂級西冷配秘製京醬西冷扒五成熟輕輕切開,內裡肉質微紅並帶有嚼勁。值得一讚秘製京醬帶有少許辣度,底層有大蔥、青椒、菇類等配料,非常美味。慢煮12小時八珍醋牛肋骨慢煮牛肋骨的確非常出色,牛肋骨肉質軟腍連同香港製造的醬料八珍醋,完全中西合璧。旁邊附有刈包連同牛肋肉同吃,非
