To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

突然酒癮起，想搵間餐廳飲下酒，食下小食，耀華街角落頭正正有間岩我心水店舖唔大，燈光亦夠昏暗，店內既門都打開了，有點半開放式既感覺，感覺無咁焗促，正正就係飲酒relax moodAsahi先來杯透心涼既啤酒降降溫先，爽呀藍粟米片原來是包裝粟米片，加些生既紫洋蔥，再加個無咩特別既沙律醬，好hea既一度小食香蔥吞拿紫菜卷碎吞拿魚配上香蔥&紫蘇葉，味道夠濃，原來做佐酒小食都非常不錯牛脷 & 燒露荀牛脷好入味，好淋非常好食，要再encore！露荀就是燒得正正常常，但$58只得兩條露荀，感覺有點不值燒雞脆爽有別於平時食到既雞軟骨，佢係用上雞胸軟骨，所以口感硬加爽脆燒魷魚不是燒得好乾身那種食法，味道就是靠隔離的辣醬，個辣醬好辣好惹味，全碟小食既亮點地方唔太大，待應既面口都係麻麻，不過想飲杯酒，傾下計，食下小食，都可以不妨過黎試下
