To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每次黎西灣河做野，必定黎和記食完早餐先開工！咁啱老細話今日咁早未有沙嗲，一於轉下食早餐A，清清地 又唔會無味😍仿鮑魚絲火腿通粉- 配炒雙蛋- 牛油方包凍咖啡（+$3） 盛惠$38炒蛋方包都係正常野，但係個通粉估佢唔到咁好食，雖然係清湯但係好香，唔會死咸，仿鮑魚絲都好足料👍🏻最鐘意杯凍咖啡，睇個分層就知唔簡單，咖啡香 奶滑，茶餐廳咖啡有呢啲質素真係無乜邊幾間做到喇！平時我都係食沙嗲牛麵，今日試完新野都忍唔住要上黎讚下😘Have a good morning ~
