To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

周記點心呢間已經encore 過好多次 以前返工成日食~ 每件點心都大大舊 而且水準唔錯~鴛鴦燒賣 HK$32呢個燒賣都幾eye catching蝦肉粒放咗係燒賣上面而燒賣係以豬肉整成 口感都算結實彈牙~不過味道一般般春風得意腸 HK$42薄薄一層嘅粉腸皮包住脆卜卜嘅油炸鬼而油炸鬼入面放咗蝦肉係入面 口感好豐富~值得一讚嘅係油炸鬼雖然仲係脆卜卜 但又唔會熱到放唔到落口~ 好食~芝麻蝦多士 HK$45呢個招牌蝦多士每次黎都一定叫多士上面鋪滿芝麻 佢嘅外皮好香脆 入面仲包住大大舊蝦膠 咬落去好彈牙~點咗沙律醬會更加好食~奶黃流心西多士 HK$36呢個流心西多士都係佢嘅招牌菜一切開奶黃醬已經流出黎 睇到都已經覺得好吸引~流心西多黎講唔會好甜 不過如果奶黃味再多啲會更加好食~整體黎講 水準冇以前咁好但對比起其他點心鋪 佢都依然係屬於好食~要留意返 去之前最好打電話去問下佢當日開唔開門因為之前都試過摸過好幾次門釘~
