To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日經過西營盤時見到，比佢嘅餐牌📋同裝修✨吸引左入去。午餐都多選擇但人少少就試兩道菜😄1️⃣張三醬油豬扒煎蛋飯🐖🍳🍚好開心隻蛋係太陽蛋🍳🤩，仲要有少少燶邊脆卜卜😚，豬扒🐖方面肉質嫩滑易入口👍🏼，肥肉瘦肉分布均勻，而且煎過後咬入 口都唔覺好乾，配埋張三醬油🫗，醬油帶夠味並有輕微鮮甜味😙，送飯一流😁2️⃣張三醬油炒鮮帶子意粉🐚🍝睇相都知道張三醬油夠哂份量，每一條意粉都掛滿醬油😍，可惜嘅係帶子大粒嘅就得一粒，其餘嘅就用細粒伴上😓，意粉另外都有甘荀絲🥕同菇🍄，佢地嘅鮮甜味融入番意粉入面，好食得黎又健康😉。不過食到最後反而覺得佢醬油多左少少，但整體係好味😍。張三其實仲有好多野食揀，午餐同晚餐又好似會有唔同選擇😳，有機會要黎試多幾次😝。

睇相都知道張三醬油夠哂份量，每一條意粉都掛滿醬油😍，可惜嘅係帶子大粒嘅就得一粒，其餘嘅就用細粒伴上😓，意粉另外都有甘荀絲🥕同菇🍄，佢地嘅鮮甜味融入番意粉入面，好食得黎又健康😉。不過食到最後反而覺得佢醬油多左少少，但整體係好味😍。
