早就聽聞西營盤有間很不錯的西班牙餐廳 La Paloma。今年初,餐廳更從西班牙請來曾在多間西班牙著名餐廳工作的Chef Jose Antonio Navarro Cotes 當大廚,實在吸引!終於這夜出發往La Paloma。餐廳所在的大廈就位於港鐵西營盤站A1出口旁,交通便利。餐廳佈置色彩繽紛,用餐氣氛輕鬆舒適優閒。大家先選來數款前菜與tapas,來一jar 果香甜美的sangria。先有西班牙菜餐桌上的經典Jamon Iberico "La Prudencia” ($290)。吃橡木果大的伊比利亞豬火腿油脂甘香,肉香鹹香中帶點香甜!配上脆脆番茄蓉麵包,美味。Squid Ink Croquette ($30/件),外脆而內裡是綿綿的墨汁薯蓉,鮮味滿分。西班牙版的龍蝦包Bocadillo de Bogavante ($88/件),多了酸辣的lime jalapeno及乾蔥,層次豐富。Ensalada de Lentejas ($65),帶濃郁香料及咖喱香的小扁豆,香軟味濃。Coca de Cebolla, Pancetta, Manchego y Trufa ($110),在薄脆的f
