喺西營盤第一街嘅一間小扒房,地方唔算大,但就有一個好大嘅酒櫃,有幾多唔同嘅酒可以揀🍺🍺。今次去到食dinner主菜分別叫左安格斯牛板腱扒同ribs & wings,至於小食就叫左芝士炸雞同埋魷魚圈。🥩五成熟嘅安格斯牛板腱扒,有好深好靚嘅grill mark,香濃嘅肉味,口感黎講係比較紮實同埋有啲油香。配埋嘅薯條同沙律就正常貨色,不過不失。至於ribs & wings嘅combo呢就有啲驚喜,ribs 似係用慢煮嘅方法令到肉汁好好咁保留住,而且bbq 醬都好好咁提升左味道嘅層次。😬😬小食就係一般西餐常見小食,兩款都比較炸得偏乾身,但份量不錯。🙌🏻
