To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相信講起西營盤好食既中式點心，熟果區既朋友都會知道邊間叫「周記點心」。其實👦🏻👧🏻之前都食過幾次，今次👦🏻👧🏻經開西營盤，就一齊黎到「周記點心」，睇下可唔可以保持水準😋🌟奶黃流沙西多士周記點心既成名作之一就係「奶黃流沙西多士」，西多士炸到色澤金黃，中間一切開滿滿既奶黃流哂出黎😋，奶黃醬富有蛋黃同吉士粉香氣，西多士都幾大份，👦🏻食哂成個就覺得幾滯，建議大家可以開心Share🥳🌟煎蛋牛肉飯由於👦🏻當日想食飯既關係，所以叫左一個煎蛋牛肉飯。牛肉都係啖啖肉，唔會話溝左好多粉，配上蛋汁撈飯食，係一個唔錯既享受。⭐️今次👧🏻冇叫到佢最愛嘅蝦多士，呢到嘅蝦多士厚蝦肉又彈牙，再沾上沙律醬，冇得頂🥰
