又來到Summer restaurant week! 終於有機會試到呢間在問月酒店的西班牙餐廳!柔和的燈光環境下,幾適合幾個朋友來摸下酒杯底。呢個餐牌的好處就係好多variety, 咩都有,但不用做太多選擇!因為第日要返工,無選擇到wine pairing. 首先來的是三款小吃。1. Cod fish craquetas好好食的炸薯2. 吞拿魚釀紅椒。唔辣,好特別的配對。3. 番茄粒包,好脆微熱。4.Chorizo and potato quiche 好惹味,個皮係微甜,個蛋係咸!1 好似溫泉蛋在蛋白上,再配serrano ham , 底再有蘑菇。好好好香滑又入味。Suckling pig 皮脆肉嫩,不過真係太飽。訂位講咗慶祝生日,所以甜品有寫碟,算係extra service! 不過下次d字靚d就好。豆腐味雪糕配oreo 脆餅好味,不過個冷雪糕真係太硬太凍了。整體來說,是不錯的享受,會再來。
