To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢個甜品吸睛之處就係有一整條雪糕甜筒,店員會等客人打完卡後幫忙敲碎個甜筒,等雪糕半溶時就可能拌勻食。整個apple crumble都唔錯,加埋士多啤梨食落更有fresh嘅感覺~少少特別係佢個底係橙味海綿蛋糕,同平時食開嘅曲奇餅底好唔同。

蜜柑酒,薑汁,燒酎,soda (前)
一開始會嚐到蜜柑嘅香甜,之後就有燒酒味,薑汁味就較為弱左啲。

Ka Shin Street (後)
好清新的一杯cocktail。用elderflower syrup, cucumber, 檸檬汁配合gin調製成,聞落有elderflower 嘅清香,味道少少酸甜帶有青瓜味,非常之易入口。
