To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日放假想食下點心,就搵咗呢間周記點心。點心種類未算好多,但都有啲特式點心。茶方面就同酒樓唔同,無茶葉揀,只係好似茶餐廳咁有杯茶。芝麻蝦多士 📌$45蝦多士比一般既大件,所以都幾飽肚。上枱時熱辣辣,又唔會太油,蝦膠都夠味,可以一試。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕📌$43蘿蔔糕份量唔算好多,XO醬幾惹味。可惜蘿蔔糕外層唔夠脆,所以無乜口感。鴛鴦燒賣(黑松露拼蟹子) 📌$32傳統豬肉燒賣既質素,每次飲茶必吃,無乜特別驚喜,但下次再嚟的話都會再叫。子薑皮蛋蝦卷 📌$38呢款點心比較特別,喺其他地方未食過。脆既外層包住子薑皮蛋同蝦。雖然我平日唔食子薑,但都覺得好易入口。鐘意子薑既,仲有額外一小碟子薑可以食。懷舊糯米包 📌$30 糯米包味道都Ok,可惜口感比較乾,如果再多啲料同無咁乾就好喇。因為係平日接近下午茶時候去,所以客人唔算好多,店員態度還算可以。但舖頭冷氣有啲大,如果想去試就最好帶件外套喇。
