To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為西環友,見到新開餐廳口碑不俗,但一時間約好友試試。餐牌方面,一般一百多元已經有套餐,西環黎講算係經濟實惠。網友介紹下,我們叫了兩份最受歡迎套餐 - 牛扒和大蝦意粉。 牛扒煎得剛好五成,入囗軟滑,牛肉味重,食得出老闆用高質素來貨,配合烤蔬菜,很好的配搭,完全無油膩感。另一道大菜是大蝦意粉,有三大隻虎蝦,鮮味十足,師傅十分貼心,特意將意粉減少調味,反而食得出虎蝦的真味。意粉份量相當大,但美食當前,我們食得清光。甜品係最有驚喜一環,味道不太甜,亦有多種層次,中間是水果冰,口感很特別,其他地方少有。整晚與好友食得很愉快,見到廚房大廚用心製作每個菜式,可以講係西環最有熱誠既餐廳。
