聽朋友講西環有一間隱世小店,食日式串燒CHILL得黎燒物好高質,於是有日放工就去食。而我地今次叫左幾款都真係高質,落單時店員都會介紹下有咩必食推介👍🏻雞胸軟骨:每塊都切到好薄,口感爽脆,有黑椒調味夠惹味☺️我地仲叫左啤酒一齊啤一啤,等緊其他野食既時候一啖雞軟骨,一啖啤酒咁慢慢嘆都幾chill🍻而我自己都好中意食荔枝,所以都有叫埋佢既荔枝梳打,甜度適中,一路食串燒一路飲有汽既野飲好爽😄🌟煙肉荔枝:平時煙肉俾人感覺好油膩,荔枝甜味中和油膩感,咬落去荔枝非常Juicy😚牛舌:有油脂同埋好爽口彈牙,厚度剛剛好~五花腩:整到好似波板糖🍭咁幾得意,邊位燒到少少焦但咬落都好彈牙~肉汁都係非常多!🤤安格斯牛柳:牛肉味幾濃,肉質細嫩,唔會燒到太乾太韌過左火👍🏻🌟免治雞肉棒:雞肉加雞軟骨攪拌均勻,合二為一!雞肉非常軟稔,雞軟骨亦有攪到碎哂,相對較爽脆;咬落有兩重層次幾好味,兩種口感好夾~食既時候配埋月見汁,先將蛋黃同醬汁攪拌均勻,再將雞肉棒點上醬汁。蛋黃同個汁味道微甜,夾埋一齊能夠突出肉味。必食❗️冬菇:第一次食燒冬菇係有好多汁😆配埋木魚碎食落感覺都幾清新🌱甘甜既味道可以係食串燒時清一清啲油脂👍🏻🌟西京銀鱈魚

🌟西京銀鱈魚:好驚喜條魚食到兩種口感!
魚肉好嫩滑而帶有魚香既油脂,魚皮反而燒到脆而帶有甜味。🤤
兩種反差令我覺得好似食緊兩道菜式咁🤣
可以燒到咁出色相信都幾考廚師既工夫🙏🏻

雞肝味道都好香濃,口感有彈性唔會腥~

總括黎講,呢間小店價錢雖然唔平,但串燒都好高質👍🏻
侍應服務態度都好好,講野都幾風趣搞笑~
雖然朋友叫左一杯啤酒,但店員見佢差唔多飲完酒但差少少未食哂,都好禮貌咁問需唔需要加酒。雖然我地婉拒,但店員都好熱情咁幫我地免費加左少少酒,等我地可以繼續邊食邊飲😚
