To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日同朋友去西環泳棚打完咭，喺西環街頭走走見到呢間餐廳嘅樹懶壁畫幾eye-catching，再望望餐廳內又有好多colourful 嘅Mexican piñata，未睇menu 已經被佢嘅墨西哥風吸引，決定試一試舖頭細細，menu 以avocado 為主題，其他食物同飲品款式都唔少啵，餐廳仲有一個戶外仙人掌角落，點完餐之後行出去觀賞一下，感覺很有趣 🌵應一應景，先order 杯 ”有機仙人掌蘋果汁”再揀咗1個凍盤同 2個main 最後以”牛油果雪糕”作結🔸Cactus Apple Juice 🌵🍎🥤見到Menu 形容呢杯飲品 ”Detox, Superfood, Refreshing”味道確係Refreshing，蘋果味較突出，仙人掌恐怕自己冇乜味道啩～幾易入口，推介一試～個杯仲要係仙人掌形，cute cute啲～🔸Fish Ceviche w Avocado 我覺得食南美菜式，ceviche 係必叫item 《Verde Mar》嘅ceviche 配埋牛油果、蕃茄同椒椒粒，加埋檸檬汁，清新好味，係一個唔錯嘅appetiser 🔸Carnitas Pork En Molcajete
