波記屹立西環四十幾年年,店舖多款燒味均係店舖後自家工場製作好多人話自從波記由山道搬咗落山之後跌watt… 不過無比較就無傷害,我係第一次嚟食無得 complain 今次一次過試曬呢度嘅名物,因為唔係咁多機會一次過比較鴨同鵝,所以個經驗都幾有趣🤗 排隊等咗十幾分鐘就入到,lucky 燒鵝叉燒飯,鵝肉肉質比較細緻幼嫩,油香豐富,皮脆口🪿叉燒原來係想要肥叉,佢哋推薦食半肥瘦話會好食過肥叉。嚟到又真係好食喎,香甜蜜汁,肉質腍小小肥猶如入口即化🐽 request 咗多薑蔥蓉真係好多要比 like 😂燒鴨瀨粉🦆鴨肉比較實肉味香濃有咬口,皮比較薄。湯底清瀨粉都好爽滑而且出奇地好易夾,唔會食到呢咁Hea 🤭(不過唔係好鐘意佢哋係用即棄餐具呢點)

燒鴨瀨粉🦆鴨肉比較實肉味香濃有咬口,皮比較薄。湯底清瀨粉都好爽滑而且出奇地好易夾,唔會食到呢咁Hea 🤭
