To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係西環呢邊探完嫲嫲 決定係呢邊揾下好野食 打電話問左住呢區既朋友 問問附近有乜推介 朋友就介紹左呢間*張三*聽個名以為係中國菜個啲 原來係西餐嚟既店鋪唔係好大 但唔知點解有家嘅感覺所有Main/Pasta/Risotto都可以加$$轉做Set我就揀咗蟹肉Risotto 轉Set店員推介嘅南瓜湯好快就到味道非常之香濃 好香好開胃好怕食啲意大利飯會太濕淋pet pet呢一度嘅飯 質感非常之啱我少少硬非常正宗蟹肉亦都超級足料 啖啖都滿滿蟹肉 超級推介最後仲要讚嘅係呢度嘅店員非常之NICE笑容亦都好親切下次有機會再嚟多西環一定會再試埋其他野
