To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日有感而發,突然訓到好晏既我,竟然好早起左身啦。早起的鳥兒有蟲吃。難得早起,當然要去飲個早茶啦。去左尼間「永」,入面除左飲佢既茶,食佢既點心。仲有感受個到既人情味。見到好多老人家,一家大細甘同d職員好熟。有傾有講。有d客一黎到,講都唔使講,d做開既伙計已經知道個客飲咩大家有傾有講,有互動。尼個就係飲茶既其中一個樂趣。叫番平時我鍾意食既點心。永和既雞扎特別之處係入面係雞翼。仲有,魚肉釀尖椒。點心絕對有水準。
