To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

原來大廚將看似咕嚕肉換上了猴頭菇,炸過的猴頭菇口感要比豬肉還要酥鬆香脆,加上酸甜醬汁恰好的配合,味道佳、而且更具健康條件,大抵美猴王對這道素食也非常滿意!

沙河鮮蚌花膠酥皮湯有著中西合璧之感,先是燉盅一邊披上酥皮,繼而黃色的燉湯與及稠密的湯質,跟西湯有著相似的地方!

不過論到豐富湯料的鮮象拔蚌仔、花膠、帶子和貴妃蚌等,絕對是中式湯品較常採用的食材!至於味道,無疑的確是是讚,除了湯料新鮮豐富外,更是鮮甜中帶著刺激的胡椒辛香,加上份量充足,令湯癡的我大為滿足!

得以品嚐這般滋味的波士頓龍蝦,西遊㝷鮮踏出千里之行,又算得上什麼呢?!龍蝦來得鮮美可口,調味也達到平衡海鮮的關鍵美味,深信足以補充腳力、腰力、眼力,總之吃過玉龍踏雪千里行後,渾身都充滿活力,讚讚讚!

如同迷你雞髀的天蓬火腿金華酥,採用唐餅的製作方式,鬆化的皮層真的做得很不錯,雖然餡料不是我杯茶,但光餅皮也教人欣賞!

創意能刺激食慾、創意能啟發思考、創意能令人精神煥發、創意能讓人快樂、創意能 ...... ...... .....   ......   ...... 令生活多姿多彩!

多謝大廚的創意,這晚沒有 MasterChef Australia 也感到刺激與趣味!
