大角咀區有好多唔同類型嘅食肆,如果唔係響嗰邊返工,都唔會特登行過去搵食,今次發掘咗間好啱放工HAPPY HOUR的餐廳。餐廳一面牆擺放咗唔同類型嘅酒,但係佢的食物都非常有特色。燒牛肉沙律配泰式香草汁 ($108)擺盤的顏色清新,上面鋪滿半生熟嘅燒牛肉,外面燒得香濃,中間帶少少生, 半生熟嘅口感非常特別,質肉軟得黎有𡁻口。下面鋪咗新鮮嘅沙律菜及蕃茄仔,新鮮嘅生洋蔥雖然味道刺激唔討好,但原來同濃味的牛肉非常夾,配合埋帶少少蕃茄的辣醬汁,辣度強勁食落超刺激,唔會蓋過主角的味道。醬汁另上可以自己控制辣度。祖傳五香烤雞($268)店員特別推介烤雞,上碟嘅時候香味慢慢飄出嚟。雞嘅肉質鮮嫩多汁,用咗西蘭花墊底,可以索埋雞嘅精華。烤得啱啱好唔會過熟,連最難的雞胸部份都係軟滑的。切嘅時候肉汁擁晒出嚟,大部份的骨都起晒,感覺貼心又方便。雞皮烤到非常香脆,灑上少許香草,令雞嘅味道更豐富。隻烤雞雖然望落細細隻,但食落個份量啱哂兩個女仔。酥炸大啡菇配粉紅汁($88)小食揀咗少見的炸大啡菇,薄薄的粉漿鎖住大啡菇的水份,薄到能透出菇嘅顏色。外面炸得香脆入面JUICY,雖然係炸物,但唔會好油膩,配上有蛋黃醬及辣椒粉的

小食揀咗少見的炸大啡菇,薄薄的粉漿鎖住大啡菇的水份,薄到能透出菇嘅顏色。外面炸得香脆入面JUICY,雖然係炸物,但唔會好油膩,配上有蛋黃醬及辣椒粉的粉紅醬汁,讓大啡菇嘅味道更突出,同時減低油膩感係送酒嘅佳品。
