To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日喺尖沙咀做完facial,再順便去朋友推介咗好耐既西餐廳amitie kitchen🤭-餐包有三款，當中最為欣賞抹茶紅豆包！包質軟熟，啖啖都充滿抹茶清香味👍🏻-頭盤係自家製豬手凍沙律伴話梅芥末汁豬手切片放便食用，配上話梅芥末汁酸酸甜甜，清新可口，更可減豬手的油膩感，而沙律菜份量都足夠兩人share🫶🏻-辣蕃茄汁花甲天使麵 🍝微微辣既茄汁配上花甲，味道好夾，天使麵軟硬適中，成個配搭酸酸甜甜非常開胃，令人夏天都食欲大增☺️-美國頂級西冷扒(8orz)西冷牛扒上微焦既格紋，未食就已經令人食指大動🤭牛扒🥩肉身甚厚，內部口感粉嫩，扒邊上更有薄薄煙韌的脂肪，甚有咬口，超香濃既牛味👍🏻-最後甜品以D24榴槤巴斯克蛋糕作結巴斯克蛋糕滑而不膩，食到D24榴槤肉簡直係令我心心眼😍榴槤控一定唔可以錯過！！！-今餐值得一讚嘅係，職員好細心又有禮貌，加水速度都好快🫶🏻會再同朋友嚟encore
