To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

隱藏於一棟商業大廈內嘅麵店，估唔到我平日去食晚飯咁多人，7pm前到達都已經坐滿6-7成人😱去之前已經知道以麵食為主，以為揀食物方面唔會花太多時間😅點知點餐紙上個套餐組合有分選項”ABCD”，款款吸引，樣樣都想食😂😂▫️套餐組合 A+B+C (HKD98) A就係揀麵類 - 乾撈麵或湯麵，要有幾麻有幾辣都係跟碗麵。我嗰碗「瘋狂牛肉麵」要少麻少辣已經麻辣味十足！非常過癮好正呀。 牛肉質地軟腍，索晒啲湯底所以啲牛肉都有麻辣味㗎。去呢度唔一定要食麻辣，選擇白湯就係唔辣啦，帶埋唔食麻辣嘅朋友一齊去食都得㗎！另外加咗HKD9要隻滷蛋。B係揀飲品 - 食辣嘢飲杯烏梅汁都唔錯，我覺得可以解辣解油膩呢。C係小食 - 涼拌木耳。見到有兩隻辣椒🌶️就知道一定係好辣。放入啲麵度一齊食味道仲正喎🥵
